Welcome! I'm Michelle Ingari, an illustrator and surface designer specializing in hand-drawn and painted florals, animals, lettering, and people for home decor, publishing, and paper products. 

EXPERIENCE

I have over 20 years of in-house and freelance experience, including book covers and interiors, marketing, and product and packaging design. Past and current clients include TJX Companies, Stupell Industries, Brown Publishing, and Mondo Publishing. I'm excited to collaborate with HappyWall to offer some of my wall art and wallpaper patterns, and my work is available at Home Depot, Amazon, Michaels, and Home Goods. INSPIRATION 

Every design is inspired by the natural beauty in southern Rhode Island, where I live and work, and as much travel as I can manage! I love to watch people and find the humor and beauty in daily life, and I make art for products that I would want to buy.

PROCESS - NO AI!

Please note that I do not use AI in my work at all! I work with traditional media, including pencils, gouache, ink, and watercolor, as well as Adobe Fresco, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
